The Eyo Alaketepupa, also known as the Eyo Laba Ekun, has a distinct lineage among these figures. Originally belonging to a 19th-century prince from Iseyin, Oyo State, they later became a member of one of the royal households in Lagos, alongside the Oba of Lagos. During the festival, they serve as the traditional police for other Eyo masquerades, donning vibrant red headgear with a striking white motif. They are also responsible for overseeing the preparation and installation of the Agodo/Para, a highly revered square structure made of mats. What sets them apart is their fearlessness in rubbing shoulders with the Eyo Adimu, which is a sight to behold.

Eyo Adimu
AKA "The Revered". Eyo Adimu Orisa is considered the most sacred in all of the Eyo conclaves.
Eyo Agere
AKA "The Entertainer". Eyo Agere is a modern addition to the Adimu Orisa Play, originally introduced by a Prince of the Oba Dosunmu royal household.
Eyo Ologede
AKA "The Herald of Peace". The Eyo Ologede is easily distinguished by their popular "Suku" hairstyle, a taboo for female spectators to sport during the festival.
Eyo Oniko
AKA "The Dispeller of Evil". The Eyo Oniko is the third among the senior Eyo conclaves. It was believed that the Oniko could ward off evil spirits and forces along its route.
